The Saunatica Experience · the deep dive
One private room. One structured studio practice.
Infrared heat is the foundation. A warm-up on the bike, red light, intentional breathing, private rooms, and member measurements turn it into the experience only Saunatica can deliver.

Private by design
Your own sanitized suite, fresh towels, water, entertainment, and 45 uninterrupted minutes.
Built as a sequence
Move, warm, breathe, and use red light in a repeatable flow—not a random collection of amenities.
Made to reveal progress
Members can follow available measurements and visit history in the app as consistency becomes visible.
Infrared science
A different relationship with heat.
Traditional saunas primarily heat the air around you. Full-spectrum infrared warms the body more directly at a more comfortable ambient temperature. As body temperature rises, blood vessels naturally widen—vasodilation—and circulation increases during the session. With consistency, each visit becomes another opportunity to practice adapting to warmth.
Far infrared
The wavelength most associated with the deep warmth and sweat of an infrared sauna.
Mid infrared
Often used in circulation-focused wellness and recovery routines.
Near infrared
Lower-heat wavelengths commonly used alongside red light in light-focused wellness settings.
Private suites. Guided protocol. Measurable progress.
A repeatable sequence, not a random visit.
- 1
Heart rate up
Elevate
A few minutes of light movement on the bike before you go in primes the session and gently raises your heart rate ahead of the heat.
- 2
Blood vessels open
Dilate
Infrared heat supports vasodilation—the normal widening of blood vessels—and circulation during the session. A consistent heat practice gives your body repeated opportunities to adapt to warmth over time.
- 3
Breathe with intention
Oxygenate
Deep breathing, with red light whenever it suits you: before the heat, between rounds, or after. Oxygenate is the name of this breathing-focused phase; it is a general-wellness practice, not supplemental oxygen or medical treatment.

Red light + oxygenate
Light changes the room. Breath changes the moment.
A full-body red light panel is included in your suite. Use it before the heat, between rounds, or after; many guests do fifteen minutes in the sauna, step out to the red light to cool down, then go back in. Oxygenate means intentional breathing; Saunatica does not provide supplemental oxygen as part of the studio protocol.
The measurements program
Watch your own progress, visit over visit.
Staff can record available wellness measurements during your sessions. In the member app, you can compare your first and current readings, see the change, and follow your history across visits—including measures such as resting heart rate, post-sauna heart rate, blood oxygen, weight and body composition, blood pressure, and grip strength when recorded.
One drop-in is a moment, not a trend. The measurements and progress experience is built for members who return consistently enough to watch their own history develop in the app.

Standard Suite
A focused private infrared sauna setup for your individual 45-minute session.
Yoga Suite
A private room with more open floor space for guests who want room to stretch or move. Select suites can also accommodate one additional guest.
The studio experience and measurements are provided for general wellness and personal tracking. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and recorded measurements vary by visit and availability.
