We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, account and booking details, waiver information, communication preferences, and records of your interactions with Saunatica. We also collect ordinary device, browser, analytics, and security data when you use our sites and portals.

We use your information to create and manage accounts, schedule sessions, process purchases, maintain membership and credit records, provide support, prevent fraud, and operate the studio. Full payment-card details are handled by our payment providers; Saunatica may retain a processor token, card brand, last four digits, and transaction records.

If you explicitly opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages from Saunatica at the number provided, including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and promotional or win-back messages. Sarah, our automated assistant, may respond to messages and help with booking-related requests. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We record consent and opt-out events and suppress future marketing texts after an opt-out.

If you enable calendar sync in the member portal, we create a private, tokenized calendar-feed URL containing your Saunatica session schedule. Your calendar provider will receive and periodically request that feed. Anyone holding the URL can read the schedule it contains, so keep it private. You can revoke it and generate a new link from the portal at any time.

We share information only as needed with vendors that support booking, payments, hosting, analytics, email, SMS, customer service, security, and professional services; when you direct us to share it; or when required for legal, safety, or business-transfer purposes. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is guaranteed secure. You may update account details and communication preferences, request a new calendar-feed link, reply STOP to texts, or contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests subject to applicable law.

Our services and sites are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as practices or law change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
