These terms govern your use of Saunatica websites, member portal, booking tools, and studio services. By using them, you agree to these terms. Studio guests must meet the age and waiver requirements presented during booking or check-in.

Saunatica provides wellness services, not medical care. Information on this site is general education and is not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Infrared sauna and related services are not appropriate for everyone. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, sensitive to heat, taking medication, recovering from surgery, or managing a health condition, and stop a session if you feel unwell.

You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity under your credentials. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed. Session, package, and membership details shown at checkout or in a signed agreement control the specific purchase.

Prices, taxes, credits, billing intervals, renewal terms, and any minimum commitment are disclosed at purchase. By supplying a payment method, you authorize the disclosed charges, including recurring membership charges, until the membership ends under its applicable agreement. Do not send payment-card details by SMS or email.

When you explicitly consent to marketing texts, you agree to recurring automated promotional and transactional messages from Saunatica. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not misuse the sites, interfere with security, access another person’s account or private calendar feed, scrape or copy protected material, transmit malicious code, or use Saunatica systems unlawfully. Saunatica names, branding, copy, and site materials are owned by or licensed to Swipe Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated.

Services and sites are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Results and experiences vary. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Swipe Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the sites or services. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
